Am I locked into any contracts?
Absolutely not. There are no lock-in contracts.
When is payment required?
Payment is required upon completion of clean.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do not require a deposit from you unless it is a large clean.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or bank transfer.
Do you supply chemicals and equipment?
We supply all chemicals and equipment, however, if you wish for us to use yours we can.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
We use eco-friendly products unless there are items that require deep cleaning. If you wish for us to only use eco-friendly products we can. Please note in this instance the items will take longer to clean.
Do you provide an invoice?
We can supply you with an invoice upon completion of clean.
Do I need to be home when my cleaner arrives?
You do not need to be home when your cleaner arrives. You can leave a key in a safe place.
Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
Yes, you can. Please let us know within 24 hours or as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Do you charge additional fees on public holidays or weekends?
We charge the same rate on Saturdays. We are closed public holidays and Sunday's.
How much notice do I need to provide to book a clean?
A minimum of 48 hours depending on availability.
Are we pet friendly?
Yes we are! Our friendly cleaners will even give your pet a cuddle!
If I am booking a regular cleaning service, will you always send the same cleaning team?
For consistency, we always send the same cleaning team. On the exceptional circumstance that your team is unable to attend an appointment, we will give you the option to have another team attend or reschedule the clean.
